NOTE
Prices are in Euro, and include breakfast. Upon request, we can arrange individual pricing based upon the length of the entire stay.
As a guarantee for the reservation, we request a down payment of 30%, by way of a bank transfer.
The balance can be paid upon the day of check out.
For payment, we accept BANCOMAT (Maestro circuit) and either VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards.

Terms
Breakfast – Breakfast is served in the breakfast room at an agreed upon time between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m
Check-in – The room is available from 4 p.m. on your arrival day. Please inform us prior to your arrival at what time you would like to check in, we are a B&B, not a hotel, so we may be out running errands. Be aware that in Italy, all accommodations are obligated to register their guests with the authorities. For this reason, we will need to view the ID card of every guest.
Check-out – On the day of departure you must vacate the room by 11 a.m.
Alteration of the reservation – Please communicate alterations to your reservation in time. Your reservation can be cancelled at no cost up to 4 days prior to the booked arrival, otherwise the following costs will be charged: 20% 3 days prior, 50% 2 days prior, 100% 1 day prior or on the day of arrival or in case of anticipated departure.
No Smoking – Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, or in the breakfast room.
Other matters – Access and stay in the B&B is permitted exclusively to the guests. We assume no liability for loss, theft or damage of your personal property.
